70 years ago

The local newspaper Ostfriesen-Zeitung  reported in its issue of 4 September 2014 about the commemoration of the  Arbeitskreises Synagogenbrand of the 70 years ago transport of 1,019 Jews, among whom Anne Frank should have been, from Kamp Westerbork over the railway station Weener in the extermination camp Auschwitz.
